Woman Leadership on Education in Thoughts on the Education of Daughters by Mary Wollstonecraft
Introduction
Women are equal beings in earth. Women have to be given the equal right in world. Without woman world it doesn't have human existence. So women need to have high level of education. Woman leadership should have high quality. In the leadership of woman, the female from the family to outside should be educated.
The woman in leadership is going to have focus on the woman movement in leadership. Female leadership must have virtuosity. Female must be good in conduct and character of life. Thought is that matter which brings notion in education. It improves the new middle class ethos in 18th century. Wollstonecraft is the professional writer. She has brought the women education as the higher point in leadership. She is involved in education. She sees nice leadership in the educational field.
"Women across the world continue to suffer from gender inequality, including child and forced marriage, gender based violence, sexist policies as well as barriers to participation in education and the employment." (women's rights)
Women across the earth are suffering from exploitation, domination, sexual violence and inequality. Women are forced to marry unwillingly as worker, housewife, sweeper and they are forced to get unneeded children. They have barrier to go on community, to speak right thing in public and to be free from unnecessary sexual violence. They are blocking to go on educated job and employment.
"Addressed to mothers, young women and teachers Thought on Education of Daughters explains how to educate a woman from infancy through marriage."
It talks about female education in British Middle Class. It talks about middle class ethos. The book inspires mothers to educate daughters with analytical thinking, self-discipline and honesty.
Wollstonecraft says that the daughters will become one day as the mothers and teachers.
"A woman may fit herself to be the companion and friend of a man of Lente and yet know how to take care of his family." Women are seen as caregivers of male and family. The above line presents the woman position only in family.
"Women education is shown in the book Thoughts on Education of Daughters published in 1787 by her friend Joseph Johnson."
It talks about the women education to take the British middle class. It talks about the discussion of how girls can be educated to become valuable wives and mothers. Women can have effect on society if they are within sound morals, character and intellect. It says rationality should be in early period. She talks the disappointment arise from the suffering. Then they talk the description of ideal women.
At the end of life, during her age she has presented her life within the women education.
"Wollstonecraft was significantly influenced by Locke's some thoughts concerning education and Jean Jacques Roseau's Emile of 18th century."
About the education she talks about the daughters that one day they will become mothers and teachers. She says women can produce the days of education. The women seem as caregivers of family and children since they should be given the sound education. Women should have rationality, self-disciplines and self-consciousness in home.
She has presented the lack of women career in her book Thought on Education of Daughters.
She believes on the improvement of society by educated women. Educated women bring the educated children. She criticizes traditional women. She says that women should have educational skills to improve society.
Seeing the women education, we have the empty society. Society is still traditional and conservative. The traditional society has mentioned the women without seed and identity. The tradition is conservative and superstitious. But when women are educated then it makes the society with improvement.
When women are extremely educated she can lead the society as well as the nation and world. Education makes the women talent and skillful. So women education is emergency point in the society. It is the well doing to educate and lead the society, nation and world.
The research questions-
i. How important is woman education in society?
ii. Why does Wollstonecraft show the need of woman education in society?
Hypothesis
There is focus of woman education in Wollstonecraft's book Thoughts on Education of Daughters The main focus lies on the women as mothers, teachers and wives. The need of education to women makes perfect, independent and skillful. Woman education is equally important to have the reform of society. So it is good to know the woman skill.
Objectives
The study aims at presentation of woman education and essentiality of woman education to improve society with intellectual female.
Significance of Study
This study is most important that woman education is the most important factor in life. This study gives the concept of woman leading to society and nation to world with being educated. Education is the best policy to create leading feature. Education brings the equality to woman and male education brings golden thoughts to have leadership quality. Education has brought the worldwide knowledge in the society, nation and world. This text Thoughts on Education of Daughter seeks the women education and women leadership. The woman skill is the foremost point in life to have equal power to male / female authority.
Literature Review
A research work isn't complete without resources. It is the comprehensive summary of previous research on topic. It searches the higher articles and resources relevant to this research. I am going to show some sources related to woman education and leadership.
The research is completed only by research resources. The following resources are showing the women empowerment and leadership in education.
"Thought on Education of Daughters is conduct book that offers advice on female education to the emerging British middle class."
According to above line, the book Thoughts on Education of Daughters is real book to bring the women education with multi-skills. The line focuses on the raise of British middle class women. The above line focuses on the women conduct and the education. Daughters are ornaments of society. They need the education in first hand.
Another criticism about the education it is that
"It is not immediately evident why Wollstonecraft is dissatisfied with the Honyhnhnm's views on the passion 28."
These lines show Mary Wollstonecraft's passion to bring education and its leadership in her book. She is dissatisfied with establishment of patriarchy and demands the education to daughters. It shows her passion to bring educational leadership as mothers, wives, teachers, sisters, leaders and so on. She has strong passion to bring women leadership from family to world. So she is dissatisfied with established code of conduct.
"The daughter of farmer, Wollstonecraft taught school and worked as a governess experience that inspired her views in thoughts on the education of daughters (1787)."
She is quite good in writing books. She is the daughter of farmer. Though she likes the education to daughters. She is educated. She uses to teach in school and works as governess. She has a lot of experience in leading the educational policy from the home to outside world. So she likes to express the education as strong attachment in life of females. She is educated reformer. So the line shows her strong attachment to education and thoughts.
Another criticism has focused on the women leadership as the following depicts "The focus has primarily been on the underrepresentation of women leadership informed by a feminist critic of the mainstream literature."
The above criticism has presented the value of women education. The women leadership seeks women leading and women movement. The line explains the feminist movement and critic of mainstream literature. The line seeks the woman in writing, literature and leading. The line goes to have position of woman as equal human in education, literature, politics and so on. So the woman leadership is need to move home, family, society, nation and so on.
Research Methodology
To get the objective study, methodology will be good. This has shown the qualitative methodology. The analytical method is here in this study. The study is inspired by Wollstonecraft's text. It shows the woman and her essence to have equality. The text is very good to have logics on the mind of the daughters. The selection of the text is about thoughts on education of daughters by Mary Wollstonecraft. The main aim of selecting this text is to have the power of woman education and the women leadership.
The research work is based on the sources taken from different website and blogs. The aim is to create woman leadership with the educational policy

The title of study focuses on woman leadership. Women are sources to make society, nation and world. The society has focused women only in sweeping, cooking and cleaning. It is the work of woman leadership to control the woman domination. So this title "The Woman Leadership in Education" seeks new improvement and newness in society. The title has been explained by resources, important point, objectives, questions, research methodology and so on.

The proposal is about woman education and woman empowerment in Mary Wollstonecraft's book. It quests the quality of woman education. It seeks only the leadership from educated and philosophical woman. It is about the civilized woman who has knowledge. Woman world shows that women are enslaved in society. Actually, women aren't slaves to sweep, cook, talk and so on. Woman leadership seeks the independency of woman by being independent.
